Warren came out for an initial consult and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about all of our trees, their current health and what was needed to keep them healthy and where pruning was necessary. He offered a couple of solutions, which we really appreciated. Two gentleman from their team arrived on the day that was scheduled and were very well mannered, knowledgeable and respectful of my questions and concerns. They were wonderful!!! Warren arrived later to apply a special fertilizer to two of our trees to assist them going forward. Also, all email transactions were very promptly replied to and the whole experience was amazing.
